In 2011 I discovered my practice through the teachings of Ashtanga while rehabbing my right shoulder from years of dislocations. In 2014, I studied with Emily Kuser of High Vibe Yoga, in Ubud Bali. This is where I completed my 200 hours in Hatha with Anusara inspiration. When I returned back to the states I began teaching right away and never looked back.
Yoga and Meditation have become so much more than a practice for me. It is my way of navigating and dancing through this life with grace. It is seeing the light in a very dark situation. It is acknowledging the good in someone who has treated you less than you deserve. It is forgiving yourself and being kind when you have reacted poorly. And it is Love. It is Love all day, every day, within everyone and everything.
