Meditation

Who:
YOU! I am looking to work with and support individuals who are ready to commit to a meditation practice and become their own healer. No experience is necessary.

What:
I will provide one-on-one support to help you create and maintain a meditation practice.

Where:
At your home
(in-person or video conference)

How long:
45 minutes per session

Frequency:
2 sessions minimum per week for the first 5 weeks
(this has flexibility per individuals schedule and desires)
